Happy......... Sad

Woke up so happy this morning, still pumped up after the Divas show last night and my beautiful baby girls banquet. I sat down at my computer, flipped on the TV and all I could feel was complete sadness.

Feeling so sad for the families that are still trying to come to grips with the fact that they will never get to see their sweet babies do any of these wonderful things.  As a mother, I don't know how you go on.  Having your sweet child taken from you at that age is unfathomable.  At any age would be devastating, but Elementary school age is beyond anything I will EVER be able to imagine.
So...... as I sit here typing this post, tears are streaming down my face.  Tears of joy that I can hold my own children close and tears of utter sadness for these families and the loss of these precious children.

As for now,  I will be praying so hard that some how, some way that these families will get though this terrible season of their lives and once again be able to feel joy and peace of mind.  As for now, everyone close to them will just have to be strong and LOVE them through this horrific time. Love is truly a powerful thing..........

Please God, be with these families, their friends, and our nation while we all mourn the terrible loss of these beautiful children.........

Peace and Blessings

Proud Mamma

WOW!  What a night!
I cannot tell you what an amazing night Ive had!  As a mother, it doesn't get much better!  So proud of both of my beautiful girls. Mileys Divas performance was truly one of the most incredible moments of my life.  To see her out on that stage doing what she loves makes me so happy.  People can say what they want, but no one can deny that she is a true ENTERTAINER.  It was so good to see her so happy and having so much fun.  To see her smile like she did tonight made me the happiest girl in the world.
I know her little guardian angel Lila is one proud puppy tonight............

I just want to take a second to say Thank You to everyone who had a part in tonights performance. Miley is so lucky to have such an amazing TEAM surrounding her!   Jamal, Draico, all of her incredible dancers, Jamie, Jaco,  Rickey Minor and his incredible band etc etc. Simone, Denika, Vij, Jessie.....  Not to mention everyone on our management team!  It takes so many people to make a performance like this happen!
I really do believe we have the most AMAZING TEAM around!  You guys are family and we love you so much!

Ok..... now onto my sweet Noie..........
As soon as Miley came off stage I ran to my car and drove like a maniac to get to Noahs end of year banquet.  Noah worked so hard this year and it really paid off.  Noah truly does give 120% every single day of the year to her horses and being the best rider she can be!  I am so proud of her accomplishments  and the way she has grown as a person and a rider in just 2 short years.  Her trainers at Far West Farms are nothing short of INCREDIBLE.  Their dedication to all of their riders is amazing.  Not only is Noah a great rider,  she has learned so much more from being a part of the Far West Family!  All the friends that we have made over the past few years, are some of the BEST friends we have ever had or ever will have.  I love how all these girls love and support one another.  Its so special.
Noah really cleaned up tonight she was awarded....

CHAMPION Large Pony Hunters
CHAMPION Pony Equitation
CHAMPION Pony Rider

Yep.......... Im one proud Mamma!
I will try and come down off my cloud tomorrow!  lol

Night everyone!

Its been awhile

Hey guys,  sorry it's been awhile since my last post. I feel like my life has been going so fast lately that I haven't even had a minute to sit down to update everyone.  Hope you guys are healthy and happy and getting ready for holidays.  This horrific tragedy we've been watching over the past few days has really made it hard to get into the Holiday spirit.  It does make me want to hold my family close and never take for granted the time I have with them.  Life is so so precious.  I thank God for every single moment I get to spend with them.  I am beyond blessed with such an amazing family.

Speaking of my family,  Billy Ray is still in NY singing his little heart out as Billy Flynn in the Broadway show Chicago.  He tells me this has been the most challenging and rewarding thing he has done in a long time.  As he started his stint on Broadway, and moved into his apartment in the city, Sandy hit hard and left behind lot's of destruction.  Being there during that time, really let him experience NY as a community and how they pull together when times get tough and always come out stronger than ever!

Billy Rays last day as Billy Flynn is December 23rd and I'm sure it will be bittersweet for him.  Glad to come home, but sad to say goodbye to Billy Flynn and all the amazing friends he made during his time in NYC!

As for the rest of the crew, Noah just ended her horse show season and her end of year banquet is tomorrow night.  It's going to be a great night for her!  She worked hard this year and it paid off BIG TIME!  I will take lots of pics so I can be a proud Mamma and post them Monday!

Braison, has been busy rehearsing with his band and finishing up his portfolio.  He has another photo shoot to finish before his issue of Troix comes out!

Brandi drove cross country with her dog and everything she owns and moved back to Tennessee!  It was hard letting her go, but its something she's wanted to do for a while now!  Im sure she will be back and forth a ton because Frank and Derol is based here in La.  They will be playing along the west coast again very soon!

As for Miley, its been a really tough week.  As you all know her beloved baby girl Lila passed away.  Everyone has been so precious and so supportive of her and I love you all so much for that.  Miley loved Lila more than anyone can imagine.  I know some people were saying its JUST a dog, but to Miley she was so much more.  In Miley's life, as you can imagine, its hard to let many people into your tight circle of family and friends.  Anytime, that Miley is sad or having a hard day, Lila was her angel.  The one that always loved her unconditionally no matter what was going on in her life at that time. She would always just curl up in bed with Lila for a few hours and then everything would always feel better!  She always made me feel better too.  I gave her the nickname Lila Sue Pumpernickel!  lol  I have no idea where that come from, but it stuck!

The way that Lila was taken from her was beyond terrible.  Sometimes things happen that we just cant understand.  Miley still isn't ready to talk about it, but I thought you guys should know what happened.
For some unknown reason,  Ziggy........ grabbed Lila.  Not really sure if she was playing or what?  She grabbed her in just the wrong spot and Lila didn't survive.............  Please understand that Miley isn't ready to talk about this and we dont think Ziggy is a mean dog........  We took Ziggy to SPOT dog rescue and they found her a new home with no other pets or children just in case it wasn't a fluke.  So not only did Miley lose Lila,  she feels she lost Ziggy as well.

Anyway, Im really happy that VH1s Divas is tomorrow because being in rehearsals for the last few days has really been a huge blessing.  It was a way to distract herself for a little while each day.
I know you guys are going to love her DIVAs performance.... I must say,  IT KICKS TOTAL BUTT!!!!!!!!!!   Make sure and tune in tomorrow night!

xoxoxxoxo   Blessings,  Tish
PS  thanks to all of you who continually support my baby girl thru the good times and the hard time!

Good Morning

Hey guys, I have been so busy, I feel like I haven't even had time to sit down and update my blog!!

Anyway, October and November have been super busy the last few years because it brings the horse show season to a close.  November is a big month for Noah because it is end of year Medal Finals!
Lots of pressure, but also so much fun!  As you probably know, Noah just got a new horse named Con Man!  He is so beautiful, smart, talented, but most of all, the most lovable horse ever!  He lives to be loved on ALL the time!

The last 3 weekends have been crazy.  Not only is she showing her new Horse, but she is finishing the year up on her Large Pony Comet!  Not to brag,  (well kind of) they pretty much cleaned house at the last 3 horse shows!  They were year end series Champion in both of her divisions!  Needless to say, Im a proud Mamma!  Noah works so so hard, and I couldn't be more proud of her. She is at the barn every morning by 7:30 or 8:30 riding 2, sometimes 3 horses.  Her hard work has really paid off!  She has come so far in the two years she has been riding!

On to Brandi, SO GLAD TO HAVE HER HOME!!!   She and Codi,  Frank and Derol have been on the road touring with Wolf Gang for the past month.  It definitely wasn't easy most of the time.  Living in a van for 30 days with 15 hour drives between shows gets tough, but she loves playing music, so Im happy for her!  Make sure and get their EP if you haven't already, Its incredible!

Billy Ray is in NY preparing for his role as Billy Flynn in the musical Chicago! Opening night for him is Nov. 5th!   Needless to say, the past few days have been tough considering everything going on with SANDY on the East Coast!  Prayers out to everyone who have been affected by this crazy storm!!!

Trace is still working on Ashland High and getting ready to record new music and hopefully tour again very soon!  There is NO ONE that works harder than my baby boy!  He has NEVER asked me for help in any way since he was 17 years old. EVERYTHING he has ever done, he has done on his own!  I know all his determination, positive attitude, and drive will pay off!  He never ceases to amaze me.  He should have gone into marketing!  lol     He loves music and being on stage probably more than anyone I have ever known.  Please support him,  he has never ever given less than 110% of himself when it comes to his music and his career!

Braison just signed to the Whilimina Agency and has been doing photo shoots to get his portfolio completed.  He is just getting started, so hopefully he can start working soon!  He's playing music out and about in La with his band as well.  The band is Braison, Ryan and Mykee!  Check them out if you live in the area!

Miley is still in the studio working on her next album and has a new episode of Two and a Half Men airing November 8th and will be on Ellen November 7th so make sure and tune in.

Not sure if you guys know that I have a production company called HopeTown Entertainment.  We have so many amazing projects going on right now and I am so stoked about ALL of them!  Cant wait until I can share the details with all of you!

Much Love........ Tish

Two and a Half Men

So..... just finished watching the Two and a Half Men episode!  Even though I was on set day after day watching rehearsals and run thrus each day, I found myself laughing during this episode as if I had never seen it before!

In my wildest dreams I never thought that my daughter would have the chance to work with such amazing producers, directors and actors.  Seeing her work with people like Chuck Lorre, Ashton and John Cryer is such an incredible experience as a mom.  Im sitting in bed with my 2 dogs just beaming right now!  Yes, Im a complete DORK!   A complete Dork who is SUPER PROUD of her daughter!

Blessings,
Tish

World Tour

So, everyone is asking about Miley touring and where the tour will take place?  Right now she is focused on finishing up this album and making music she has always dreamed of making!  She is having so much fun working with such amazing writers and producers!
We are in the beginning stages of working out all the details for her next tour!   She is so excited, not only to go back to all the amazing places we've been, but also, to play in areas of the world she has never had a chance to play before!  I am so excited for her to get back out on the road and do what she loves most!

Noah and Comet

WOW......  What a long day this has been!  Noah had to be at the horse show this morning at 7am and we just got back to our hotel!  I am exhausted to say the least!

She started the morning at 7am to walk her course on foot.  Then straight into the ring for a warm up round!  Her warm up round was absolutely amazing!  I wish that would have been the real deal because we would have been done by 830 am instead of 830 pm!  hahahaha

Anyway,  2 hours later, it was time for the Medal Final that we actually came here for.  This is a class you had to qualify for through out the course of this last year.  There were 13 entries, 10 horses and 3 ponies all competing against each other!  Noah and Comet were amazing!  She couldn't have ridden better.  So, in a Medal Final they take the top 4 highest scoring riders and take them back into the ring for whats called a Work Off.   Noah and Comet scored high enough to make it into that final challenge.
Noah was the only pony rider to make it into the work off!

All in all, she placed 4th out of the 13 riders!  So proud of her!

Well,  off to bed for another full day at the show tomorrow!
Night..... Tish
